1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern your use of the StyleMio mobile application and related services provided by KMWORKS, INC. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including AI style checks, paid digital features, advertising, and support.
2. Service
StyleMio provides AI-based outfit check results, scores, feedback, improvement suggestions, and optional AI improvement images based on the outfit photo and situation selected by the user. Analysis results and generated images are reference information only. They do not guarantee impressions, acceptance, employment, sales, relationships, or any real-world outcome.
3. Eligibility
StyleMio is intended for users aged 14 or older. Users under 14 may not use the service. You must upload only photos that you own or are lawfully permitted to use, and you must not infringe any third party's portrait rights, privacy, copyright, reputation, or other rights.
4. Accounts and Login
Basic style checks may be used as a guest. However, paid features, AI image credits, ad removal, purchase restoration, and storage of remaining entitlements may require connection with a login method provided by the Company, such as Kakao, Google, or Apple. Guest records may not be recoverable after app deletion, app data deletion, device change, token loss, or operating system policy changes.
5. Photos and Results
We process photos, selected situations, analysis results, and generated results only as needed to provide the service, generate results, show recent results, diagnose errors, and respond to support requests. Face blur is a privacy-supporting feature, but it does not guarantee that all identifying information is fully removed.
6. Paid Digital Products
Paid digital products are sold through App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. Products may include AI improvement image credits and ad removal. An AI improvement image credit includes one style analysis and one AI improvement image view within that paid flow. The ad removal product removes in-app banner ads and may be operated separately from rewarded ads used to earn analysis credits.
7. Ads and Rewards
We may display banner ads and rewarded ads. Rewarded ad benefits are granted only when the ad is fully watched and the reward is confirmed by the system. No reward may be granted if the ad is unavailable, interrupted, skipped, blocked by a network issue, or affected by an advertising platform error.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not upload unlawful, sexually explicit, violent, privacy-infringing, or rights-infringing content; disrupt the service; attempt to obtain purchases or ad rewards fraudulently; misuse AI outputs; or defame third parties. We may restrict use, remove content, suspend entitlements, or take actions required by law if violations are confirmed.
9. Intellectual Property
The service, UI, logo, brand, software, database, and content created by the Company belong to the Company or its licensors. Rights to photos uploaded by users remain with the user or the original rights holder. You grant the Company the right to process such photos only as necessary to provide the service.
10. Service Changes
We may change service features, paid products, ad policies, supported countries, or supported languages for operational or technical reasons. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to disasters, server issues, third-party platform failures, security incidents, laws, or operational needs.
11. Disclaimer
AI analysis is a reference opinion about outfit coordination and situation fit. We do not guarantee decisions made based on the results, third-party reactions, or outcomes in dates, interviews, work, events, or other real situations. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
