1. Payment Method
StyleMio paid digital products are purchased through App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. We do not sell digital app features through external payment methods.
2. Products
- AI improvement image credit: includes one style analysis and one AI improvement image view within that paid flow.
- AI mood photo credit: generates one reference mood photo based on an AI improvement image and selected mood.
- Ad removal: removes in-app banner ads. Rewarded ads used to earn analysis credits may be operated separately from the ad removal product.
3. Refund Requests
Refunds for in-app purchases are generally handled under Google Play or App Store refund policies and procedures. You should request a refund through your store purchase history or refund request page. We cannot guarantee or override the store's refund review result.
4. Unused Credits
If you purchased an AI improvement image credit or AI mood photo credit but have not used it, contact support. We can check purchase and usage status and guide you through store refund procedures, entitlement revocation, or purchase restoration. Actual payment cancellation and refund approval are subject to store policies and applicable law.
5. Delivered Products
If an AI improvement image or AI mood photo has been successfully generated and delivered, the related credit is treated as used. Delivered digital products are generally not refundable, but if a refund is approved under applicable law or store policy, we may revoke the related credit or entitlement.
6. Generation Failure
If a server error, AI generation failure, or network issue prevents delivery of the paid feature, the image credit may be restored automatically. If it is not restored, contact us through the in-app inquiry feature or support email.
7. Ad Removal Refund
If the store approves a refund for the ad removal product, we may revoke the ad removal entitlement. Store and server synchronization may take time.
8. Purchase Restore
If purchases do not appear after reinstalling the app or changing devices, use the in-app purchase restore feature first. Account connection with Kakao, Google, or Apple may be required to restore purchases and keep remaining credits.
9. Contact
For purchase issues, include your payment account, product name, purchase time, order number or store receipt information, and the screen where the issue occurred.
