KMWORKS, INC. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") processes the minimum personal data necessary to provide the StyleMio service and respects applicable privacy laws.

2. Age Requirement
StyleMio is intended for users aged 14 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14.
3. Data We Process
- Guest and device data: in-app identifiers, hashed device_key, platform, app version, language/country settings, access time
- Login data: user identifiers and consented information provided by Kakao, Google, Apple, or other supported login providers
- Photo and analysis data: uploaded photos, face-blurred images, selected situations, style scores, feedback, AI improvement images, generation job status
- Purchase and entitlement data: product ID, purchase token or receipt identifier, order identifier, purchase/restore/refund/revocation status, remaining image credits, ad removal status
- Ads and usage data: rewarded ad completion, reward grant status, free analysis use, feature usage history, error logs
- Support data: inquiry text, attachments, reply email if provided, support status
4. Purposes
We use data to identify users, manage guest usage, provide style analysis and AI improvement images, show recent results, manage free analysis and rewarded ad limits, verify in-app purchases, restore purchases, respond to support inquiries, prevent abuse, fix errors, and improve service quality.
5. Retention
- Uploaded images, face-blurred images, and AI improvement images: up to 30 days from creation
- Analysis results and generation records: retained while needed to provide recent results and deleted upon account deletion or deletion request; long-inactive records may be deleted or anonymized after 1 year
- Guest device identifiers and free/reward usage records: up to 1 year for abuse prevention and limit management
- Support inquiries: 3 years
- Purchase, restore, refund, and entitlement records: 5 years where required for transaction and dispute records
- Security and access logs: up to 1 year
6. Service Providers
We do not sell personal data. We may use third-party service providers as needed to operate the service, including Amazon Web Services for infrastructure, OpenAI for AI analysis and text/image processing, Google for Google Play Billing and AdMob, Apple for App Store in-app purchases and Apple login, and Kakao for Kakao login and sharing. These providers process data only as needed for their functions, subject to their policies and agreements with us.
7. International Processing
Data may be transferred to or accessed from countries outside your country of residence for AI processing, advertising, purchase verification, support, and cloud infrastructure. We limit such processing to what is necessary for the relevant function and apply appropriate safeguards where required.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent through the in-app account deletion and inquiry features or by contacting support. Some purchase, refund, tax, security, and dispute records may be retained separately where required by law.
9. Security
We use access controls, hashing or encryption where appropriate, log monitoring, server security settings, least-privilege access, and periodic reviews to protect data.
