StyleMio lets users request account deletion from the My Page area in the app. Open the app, go to My Page, confirm the linked account, and choose the account deletion option.
If you cannot access the app, contact us at stylemio.cs@gmail.com. To verify the request, we may ask for information such as the linked login provider, purchase time, order ID, and device information.
Data deleted: social account link information, style analysis history, uploaded outfit images, AI-generated images, rewarded ad history, and in-app usage records.
Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, payment processing, refunds, accounting, dispute handling, or fraud prevention. This may include purchase records, purchase verification records, and limited server logs. Data is deleted or anonymized when the required retention period ends.
Users may also request deletion of some or all data without deleting the account by contacting support in the app or by email.
